From July 17 - 23, 2015, athletes from all over the state will gather in Montgomery to participate in the Alabama High School Athletic Association All-Star Week. Approximately 350 athletes, along with 50-60 coaches, will gather in the capital city to compete in sports such as Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Softball and Soccer.
National Softball Tournaments
In 2014 Montgomery hosted the 18U National Softball Championship. Over 150 teams participated in this week long tournament. The games were played at Buddy Watson Park, Thompson Park, Fain Park and Lagoon Park from July 28th - August 3rd.

Camellia Bowl
The Inaugural Camellia Bowl took place in the City of Montgomery at Cramton Bowl. Nearly 20,000 people attended the matchup between the University of South Alabama Jaguars and Bowling Green Falcons.
